We were approached by a client to bring their vision to life for a new branch of their café in a prestigious development by Related Argent in Kings Cross. Starting from a shell-and-core condition, we built everything from scratch, creating a stunning space tailored to the client’s specifications. Our scope included full design and build services, covering electrical, plumbing, and decorating works. We also collaborated closely with the client’s HVAC contractor to ensure seamless integration and project success.
