We were approached by an existing client with a request to refurbish their café during the Christmas period. The brief included removing worn and damaged flooring, installing new floor tiles, replacing bespoke banquette seating, repainting the entire restaurant, and replacing the cassette A/Cs.
Time was of the essence, as every additional closed day would have significantly impacted the client’s business. The ManSad team understood the importance of on-time execution and, through meticulous planning, completed the refurbishment within the tight three-week timeline. This ensured the café reopened as scheduled, avoiding extended downtime and minimizing disruption to the client’s operations.
